This month, our special guest speaker is Jessica Locarnini.

Jessica is a Honey sommelier, international honey judge and sensory educator specialising in Australian honey.

She is the first Australian to become a certified member of the Italian Register of Honey Experts. Her work brings together sensory analysis, judging expertise and education to help people recognise the diversity and quality of Australian honey.

We will also be presenting all our regular features: the monthly book review, beginner’s corner, What’s happening in my apiary this month, raffle and supper!
