Annual General Meeting,
Friday 13th August 2021.

The VAA AGM will be held on the 13th August after being postponed from the 23 July 2021.
The main business will be the delivery of the reports from the Executive Council and the election of the Executive Council for the next 12 months.
The AGM needs a quorum, so if you are not able to attend, please consider nominating a proxy to ensure that the quorum is reached. Your proxy may exercise your vote if you wish.

Registration, proxy nomination and motion submission will be open until the 11th of August (2 days before the AGM).
The AGM papers will be sent out in a separate email.
Motions may be submitted to the VAA Secretary at vaa@vicbeekeepers.com.au.
